Set deposit and session limits before you play
Why limits matter for your wallet
Deposit and session limits are tools built into the platform to help you decide how much ringgit and how many minutes you want to use before you start playing. Without them, it is easy to lose track of your balance or the clock. Setting a limit upfront means you decide the boundary, not the game screen. This is a straightforward step that any account holder can take in under a minute from the lobby.
When you set a deposit limit, you cap the total amount you can add to your account within a chosen period—daily, weekly, or monthly. A session limit stops your play after a set number of minutes. Both limits are enforced by the system, so once you hit the ceiling, you cannot bypass it until the period resets or you manually lower the limit. This gives you a concrete check on your spending before any turnover or bonus considerations.
Check your account balance first
Before you open the limits page, look at your current ringgit balance and your recent transaction history. This helps you decide a realistic figure. If you normally use Touch 'n Go or bank transfer to top up, note your typical deposit size. For example, if you usually deposit RM50 each time, a daily deposit limit of RM200 might be comfortable. If you rarely play more than an hour, a session limit of 90 minutes gives a safe buffer.
Your balance also tells you whether you already have pending withdrawals or active bonuses that might affect how limits interact with wagering requirements. The platform will still enforce the limits regardless, but knowing your starting point avoids setting a limit that is too low and blocks a planned session. Write down your current balance and intended deposit amount before you open the settings menu.
Find the limits menu in the lobby
Log into your account on the site and look for the 'My Account' or 'Responsible Gaming' section. The exact label varies, but it is usually near your profile icon or under settings. Click that and you will see options for deposit limit and session limit. Each option has a drop-down or input field where you type the ringgit amount or the minutes. The platform uses ringgit for deposits and whole minutes for session time, so enter numbers only.
After you enter the values, the system will ask you to confirm. Some accounts also require a one-time password sent to your registered email or phone. This is a security step, not a barrier. Once confirmed, the limits become active immediately. You can always lower them at any time—the change takes effect right away. Raising them takes longer, typically waiting for a cooling-off period of 24 hours or more, depending on your chosen interval.
Understand what the limits mean
A deposit limit of RM100 per day means you cannot add more than RM100 in ringgit using any payment method—whether it is GrabPay, DuitNow, or bank transfer—within that 24-hour window. The counter resets at midnight system time. A weekly limit of RM500 resets every seven days from the day you set it. If you try to exceed the limit, the site will show an error message and block the transaction. This applies to all deposit methods available in Malaysia.
A session limit of 60 minutes means the platform will log you out after one hour of active play. Inactive time, such as when you close the browser or leave the tab idle, does not count. The timer runs only while you have a game open or the lobby active. When the session ends, you cannot log back in until the next day or until the limit period resets. This is different from a time-out feature, which you can also set separately for a short break.
Adjust limits for your next session
If your current limits no longer suit your budget or schedule, you can change them before your next session. Go back to the same settings page and choose 'Change limit'. For a lower limit, the new value applies instantly. For a higher limit, expect a delay—usually 24 hours for daily limits and 72 hours for weekly or monthly ones. This cooling period is standard on the platform and prevents impulse increases. Plan ahead if you need a higher cap for a specific day.
After you submit a request to raise a limit, the site will send a confirmation message to your email or app notification. You can cancel the request during the waiting period. Once the new limit takes effect, it replaces the old one. Check your limit status before each session by revisiting the same page. This habit takes less than ten seconds and ensures you never accidentally exceed your intended ringgit or time boundary. No guesswork, no surprises.
